Our tasty "gourmet mix" contains various tried and tested pumpkin varieties for varied dishes (spreads, oven dishes, cakes or pumpkin soup). Classics like the red Hokkaido "Red Kuri" are included as well as the sweet and nutty "Sweet Dumpling", the blue Turkish honey pumpkin "Bal Khabi" or the light courgettes "Erken". The mixture thus has a very long harvest window and the pumpkins can be stored in a cool, dry place for a few months in autumn.
